TRANSFORM YOUR VOICE INTO YOUR LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE!

MiC LEAD Communicators™ — Strengthening Communication

Preparing cybersecurity professionals to lead people, teams, and organizations.

One of the most significant transitions in a cybersecurity career is moving from individual contributor to people leader.

The technical expertise that earned you recognition won't necessarily prepare you to coach others, influence decisions, navigate conflict, or build high-performing teams. Leadership requires a different set of capabilities—communication, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to inspire trust.

MiC LEAD Communicators™ is designed for experienced cybersecurity professionals preparing to expand their leadership responsibilities. Through an interactive cohort experience, participants strengthen the communication and leadership skills needed to successfully transition into management and lead with confidence.

Rather than focusing solely on what leaders do, the program explores how leaders communicate, influence, coach, and develop others while building healthy, resilient teams.
