Our Purpose

Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC) exists to develop cybersecurity leaders by fostering a professional community that supports lifelong leadership development, mentorship, and career growth.

We believe that exceptional cybersecurity professionals are built through more than technical expertise alone. Leadership, communication, mentorship, professional relationships, and continuous learning are essential to long-term success.
